Gehan Homes - Special Pricing

I receive a call and email from Gehan homes about special pricing this weekend.  All completed inventory homes have special incentive pricing.  For example, in Paloma Creek South - there are two completed 1 stories for sale at $269,999 and three completed 2 stories for sale at $307,990.  Other neighborhoods may have different pricing.  Let me know if you are interested and I will save you money as my client. even if I have to give it to you!
