May 30, 2012  While driving by a 5 acre property in NW McKinney, I decided to visit Heatherwood, Robinson Ranch and Pecan Ridge.  Heatherwood and Robinson Ranch are just north of the new Baylor Hospital at Lake Forest and University (380).

There are some excellent values available with energy efficient homes in desirable communities. 

I actually walked through a couple of completed homes: one in Robinson Ranch and one in Pecan Ridge.  Look for my videos soon (I am presently trying to combine and edit them for posting).

I walked through 504 Osage in Pecan Ridge and wanted to share the experience.  This is a gorgeous property with luxurious finish as provided by the builder.  Let me know what you think.
